Ceramic or Metallic Hair Dryers
Ceramic heater provide far-infrared radiation which is better than the metallic coils’s radiation. You have heard it too. But what does actually mean?
Water provides maximum absorption of heat (infrared) when the wavelength of radiation is 3 mm.
- Ceramic produces 80% of its heat in the 3mm range compared to only 20% by other heaters which emit light when heated.
- The far infrared produced is beneficial to health. As per the research publication in “Experimental Biology and Medicine”, wounds in rats healed faster when exposed to far infrared radiation. Please read the whole paper for accurate information and study environment.
